After uploading a PDF source document in Vault, the Viewable Rendition is created and the Viewer is blank. This is despite the user role having View Content permission.
The PDF source document is corrupt.
To fix the PDF source document, the user can save it as a new PDF file in Adobe:
- Open the PDF source document in Adobe.
- Click File and Save As to save it as a new PDF file.
- Upload the new PDF file into Vault and the content is displayed in the viewer of the document.
