Yes, with the Consent Check checkbox field on the Approved Document object. In the event the value of this field is set to true on the Approved Document record, then the Consent Capture functionality is applied.
Be sure to complete the CRM-Vault Integration Configuration for the Consent Check field.
Note: Consent Receipt Templates and Double Opt-in Confirmation Templates are exceptions.
