The Support Portal is undergoing a redesign project. We apologize for any inconvenience. In the meantime, use the following article to locate content for your product(s). We expect all changes to be implemented by July.
There will be a number of changes that will take place over the next couple of months:
- Community redesign - more product communities and ability to filter through posts
- Portal front page - dropdown menus to all our products and important information at the top of the page
- Getting Started product sections - will list articles to help you get started with a product
- Languages - the ability to view articles in a language of choice (Japanese and Chinese to start)
- Navigational and Search improvements
- Important message banner - allows Veeva Support to post important updates for our customers
- Article browsing - will allow our customers to manually browse through product articles in a folder hierarchy manner.
- Improved pagination of pages
- Newly published articles tab - to see a list of new articles published to the portal
- New Design templates - new page design format to coordinate with Veeva.com. Will easily allow you to determine the Support Portal (orange banner) from the Product Support Communities (blue banner)...And more!
