Question:
There are Multichannel Activity (MCA) records for a single Call, but why are the Account field on some CoBrowse-related MCA records null?
Answer:
During the Call, MCA is created when the presenter presents the content to the participants.
There are two types of MCA records:
- One for the participant - this has value for Account_vod__c in the MCA record.
- One for the presenter - this does not have the value for Account_vod__c.
Each MCA may have some MCA Lines associated with it.
