How to create a report to track all documents created by a user in Vault PromoMats?

Answer:

1. Navigate to Reports tab.
2. Click the Create button.
3. Select the +Report option from the dropdown list.
4. Select the Document report type.
5. Name the report and click Continue.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
6. Under FILTERS, set up the filter as below and enter the specific user name.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
7. Clicking Edit Column to select columns that will appear in the report.                                                                                                                                                                    
8. Save and Run the report. Users need to refresh the report when exporting data the next time.
