How to Make the Previous and Next Buttons Active in Sphere of Influence in CRM?

Question:

How to make the navigation buttons become active in the Sphere of Influence section of an Account?

Answer:

The Previous and Next buttons behave differently on each platform.

Online:

The Prev and Next buttons are always visible, but greyed out and inactive when there are less than 21 Affiliations added to the Account viewed. Once there are at least 21 Affiliations added, they become active. Only 20 Affiliations are shown on one page.

iPad:

Navigation buttons are only shown if there are more than 12 Affiliations added to the Account. Each page shows a maximum of 12 Affiliations.

Windows:

Navigation buttons are only shown if there are more than 8 Affiliations added to the Account. Each page shows a maximum of 8 Affiliations.
