Why the Engage Invitation Link does not appear on the Template Preview when sending Engage Invitations through Approved Email? This is done from a Call that is started against a Business Account and it includes Multiple Attendees.
Answer:
The token used to generate the unique Engage Invitation Link is invalid for Business Accounts and Health Care Organizations (HCOs) as they are not generally individual users. Therefore, no link generates in the preview.
Clicking on each individual included on the email shows the specific email that is mailed to the user and the invitation link is correctly generated and viewable.
