We are currently experiencing an issue with creating new support tickets from the Help Center portal. Some users are unable to select the appropriate form when submitting their tickets. We are working to resolve the issue.

Error: Failed to Copy Presentation because POST Request Failed to Process in Vault

Question:

A user receives the error message: Failed to copy presentation because POST Request failed to process: [API Call].  This occurs while attempting to migrate documents into a Vault using an API call. Why does this error occur?

Answer:

The user performing the API call does not have permission to copy the Multichannel Presentation Binder to the Vault. Please review, the Related Permissions section of the Using Copy to Another Vault Help Article and confirm the user performing the API call has the necessary permissions.

Note, the permissions have to be set-up correctly in both the Target and Source Vaults.
