Question:

The Email Template Editor allows admins to easily add Approved Email tokens into an email template. Is there a way to know in which documents a specific Approved Email token is used?

Answer:

Users are not able to search an Approved Email token in Library in Vault directly.

However, if the Vault documents have been integrated into CRM as Approved Documents, it is possible to search tokens that are used in Approved Documents in CRM because the tokens are exposed in the Email HTML field of the Approved Documents object. The followings are detailed steps:

1. Log in to the CRM that is integrated with the Vault.
2. Click the Advanced Search link.
3. Enter the token that uses want to search, such as: customText.
4. Click the Search button. All the Approved Documents appear where the token is used.
