Overview:
There are default User Actions in each State in the Claims Lifecycle. When an admin tries to delete the default User Actions, the following error message appears [in_review_state__sys.change_state_to_approved_useraction__sys] sub-components cannot be deleted.
Root Cause:
These are the system default user actions that cannot be deleted but can be modified.
Solution:
Since the default user actions cannot be deleted, hiding these user actions in the Atomic Security: Actions is an option. An admin can follow the steps below to hide user actions.
- Navigate to Admin --> Configuration --> Document Lifecycles --> Claims Lifecycles.
- Click a State (such as In Review) under the States section.
- Scroll down to the Atomic Security: Actions section and click Edit.
- Change the State Behavior to Hide of the action.
- Click Save.
