Question:
When a user starts recording a Call from a Medical Event, the section named Pending Surveys is not appearing. When the Call is created from an Account, the section appears.
Online, the section is visible in both cases. What causes the difference in behavior?
Answer:
There is no Account related to a Call created offline when creating one from a Medical Event in Veeva CRM for iPad. The Pending Surveys section gets hidden to prevent creating Survey Targets without Account data.
The online workflow is different, so the Survey behavior is handled differently.
This is working as designed.
