Question:
Why does a valid Engage License User receive the error: This user does not have a license for Remote Meetings when clicking the View Media Library Online button?
Answer:
This error will occur for any number of reasons including:
- The user is not properly licensed to use Engage.
- The user does not have Remote_Meeting_Start_From_CRM_Online_vod__c set to true on their User Detail Page.
- There are no VMOCs in place for the device type CRM Engage.
- The configuration to use Engage Meetings from CRM Online is incomplete.
Verify that all of the above are properly set to ensure this error does not occur.
