Question:

Why does a valid Engage License User receive the error: This user does not have a license for Remote Meetings when clicking the View Media Library Online button?

Answer:

This error will occur for any number of reasons including:

1. The user is not properly licensed to use Engage.
2. The user does not have Remote_Meeting_Start_From_CRM_Online_vod__c set to true on their User Detail Page.
3. There are no VMOCs in place for the device type CRM Engage.
4. The configuration to use Engage Meetings from CRM Online is incomplete.

Verify that all of the above are properly set to ensure this error does not occur.
