Problem:
There is a behavior difference between Veeva CRM on Windows and Veeva CRM on iPad when adding a New Survey Target?
Clicking the + icon on the right-upper corner after clicking the Survey Target tab on Veeva CRM on Windows, the Account list displays as shown:

Answer:
This is working as expected.
The user should search at least two characters for the list to appear in Veeva CRM on iPad. The Account List displays all Accounts if the user deletes the search characters.
