Question:

How to view the outcomes of all the Tasks in Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

In the Timeline View, users are able to view up to 10 tasks per workflow. If a workflow has more than 10 tasks, the number of remaining tasks is shown at the bottom of the list.

Users with Report visibility can view the remaining tasks through the Workflow History Report.

Users with no visibility of these reports can reach out to the user who started the workflow (Workflow Owner) in order to find out more information about the remaining tasks.
