Question:

How to bring forward anchors in PromoMats? 

Answer:

Annotate permission for the document role and Manage Anchors permission for the user's security profile are needed to do this.

  1. Click Annotate button and Bring Forward Annotations button.

  2. Choose the Source version and check the Anchors box. If Manage Anchors permission is not allocated to the user's security profile, the user cannot check the Anchors box to bring forward existing anchors.

  3. Click Continue.
