How to change a coordinator in a document in Vault PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
To change the Coordinator in Vault, Edit Sharing Settings and Change Coordinator permissions are needed.
To change the Coordinator role:
- Click on the document's Sharing Settings:
- Click on the +Add icon:
- Select the Coordinator Role as well as search for the coordinator's name under Users and Groups.
- Click Save.
