Overview:
The Vault Owners group is added to the Owner role in the Sharing Settings of new records created using the Vault Spark Connector.
Root Cause:
This is working as designed.
Solution:
- The current design specifies the transferred records are created by the System user (which is what we do)
- If the System user creates a record, it is expected the Vault Owners group is added automatically to the Owner role
- This expected behavior can be observed when the Custom Sharing Rules setting is enabled for the object
