How to Rescreen a Subject?

Answer:

Note: Rescreen is not available to Site users in all studies. 

1. From the Subjects page, click on Rescreen Subject.
   
2. Fill out the Information and confirm the Subject is being rescreened.
3. Select the previous ID for the Subject.
4. Screen the Subject.
5. Click Submit.
   

Note: The study may have different tabs or radio boxes than what is displayed above.
