The Disclaimer is not sent automatically to the external contact in WeChat CRM.
One possible reason is the integration user does not have the required privileges.
- Read access to WeChatSettings and its field CUSTOMIZED_CONSENT_DISCLAIMER_vod__c, APPROVED_WECHAT_BASE_URL_vod__c
- Read access to Account object and its fields: ID, Union_Id_vod__c, Account_Search_LastFirst_vod__c, Primary_Parent_vod__c, IsPersonAccount
- Read access to Record Type object and its fields: Id, IsActive, SobjectType, DeveloperName, Name, IsPersonType
- Read access to Content_Type_vod__c object and its fields: ID, LastModifiedDate, RecordType, Service_Account_App_Id_vod__c
- Read access to Consent_Type_vod__c object and its fields: ID, LastModifiedDate, RecordType, Product_Preference_vod__c
- Read and Edit access to Multichannel Consent object and its all fields
