Overview:
When uploading a PPT file into Vault, the viewable rendition can be generated in the Slide format. However, it cannot be rendered successfully in the Speaker Notes format.
Root Cause:
The Notes Page of this PPT file can be viewed by clicking View --> Notes Page. Users can see the speaker notes of multiple pages appear at the header and the words exceed the frame, which is causing the rendition to fail.
Solution:
Users need to do the following:
- Open the PPT file locally.
- Click View --> Notes Master.

Select the Body check box to make sure the notes appear properly below the slides on each page.
