How to add a repeating form in Vault CDMS?
Answer:
Users with Data Entry permission can add a repeating form by following the steps below.

Navigate to the repeating form, either through the breadcrumb menu, the form carousel, or the casebook schedule. Repeating forms normally end with a bracket with the number showing how many forms have been created.

Click +New.
- Vault adds the new form to the subject’s casebook and opens the form in Edit mode.
- Enter data in the form.
- Click Complete.
