Why does it display 0 errors on the Mobile CRM App Administration page even though the user receives a Push Notification failure email?
This is working as currently designed.
The errors can be found in the log file that is downloaded by the Download Log link. However, it displays 0 errors in Push Notification history on the Mobile CRM App Administration page even when there are errors in the log file.
The reason behind it is that Veeva does not want customers to re-run any previous jobs. Re-running a partially successful job does not process the failure alerts in the previous job. The customer should re-run a MOBILE_PUSH_NOTIFICATIONS job only upon its failure.
