We are currently experiencing an issue with creating new support tickets from the Help Center portal. Some users are unable to select the appropriate form when submitting their tickets. We are working to resolve the issue.

Vault Owner Cannot Create a Case Object Record in Vault Medical

Overview:

When the Vault Owner clicks the +Create button to create a new Case object record, the UI jumps to the Home page.

Root Cause:

There is a change to how the page redirects for the Case Intake Form. The user needs to uncheck and re-check the Enable Case Intake Form feature flag to fix this.

Solution:

  1. The Vault Owner or System Admin needs to navigate to:  Admin --> Settings --> Application Settings.
  2. Click Edit, uncheck the Enable Case Intake Form flag.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Enable (check) the Enable Case Intake Form.
  6. Click Save again.

  7. Click the Case's Create button to confirm the new case creation page shows normally.
