Overview:
When trying to view an Object Field detail page, it displays the message Loading ... on the top. The page cannot be opened in Chrome.
Root Cause:
The issue is concerning the field name: chp_advertisement_. Anything in Vault Objects (object, field, layout rule, etc.) that has this name prefix fail to load if the user has an ad blocker enabled in the browser.
Solution:
An admin needs to change the Name of the field by turning off the AdBlock plugin in the Chrome browser. Use the steps below to do this or use a different browser (such as Edge).
- At the top right of Chrome, select the More
icon --> More tools --> Extension.
- Disable AdBlock extension.
- In Vault, navigate to Admin --> Configuration --> Objects > Fields --> [Field] and rename the Name of the field.
