When selecting the Schedule Engage button on an event, why does the participant URL and participant ID not populate?
Answer:
If an Event Attendee record is created for the event without a value populated in the User_vod__c field or the Account_vod__c field, the participant URL and participant ID will not populate for any of the Event Attendees after clicking the Schedule Engage button on an event.
When an Event Attendee record is created for an event, ensure that the record has a value in the User_vod__c field or the Account_vod__c field.
