Why user does not have a full menu selection for columns on the grid view for All Task and My Task in Vault?
If a user has both document and object tasks, the available columns will be dynamically adjusted based on the Task Type filter the user selected.
- When the Task Type filer is selected as "All", the available columns will be the only task-related columns. (As shown in the first screenshot)
- When the Task Type filter is selected as "Document", the available columns will be task-related columns + document fields.
- When the Task Type filter is selected as an object, the available columns will be task-related columns + object fields.
Since different document types and different objects have different fields, so the columns will be automatically adjusted based on the selected task type.
