Introduction:

Over the last few releases, we have done work to unify workflow for all documents and objects. Multi-document workflows will become the default document workflow for both single and multiple documents from this release onwards. Existing multi-document workflows and object workflows will not be changed. Both multi-document and object workflows have similar configuration and functionalities, and users will be able to interact with them in similar ways.

After the 21R2 release, legacy workflows will not be available in new Vaults. In 2022, Admins will no longer be able to create or copy legacy workflows even in existing vaults. We will only introduce new functionalities for multi-document workflows and object workflows in the future.
