Question:
After configuring QR code sign-in for Events Management, why are existing events not displaying the 'Preview Event QR Code' button?
Answer:
After initial configuration of QR code sign-in for events, including scheduling the QR Sign In process, existing events will not display the Preview Event QR Code button because the QR_Sign_in_Enabled_vod field on the corresponding Event record is not automatically updated to Yes_vod by the configuration of QR code sign-in.
This field can either be manually updated to Yes_vod, or, the next time the event is modified, the field will automatically update to Yes_vod.
