How to retrieve the values of the Document ID, Vault ID, and the Unique Version ID fields of a specific document in Veeva Vault?

There are several ways to find the Vault-related IDs, the efficient ways are as follows:
I. In the event Document ID is required:
- Search for the requested document by name or title then select it:
- When the document is loaded, the Document ID can be found after the
yourvault.com/ui/#doc_info/ part of the URL:
In this case, the Document ID is 952.
II. In the event Vault ID and Document ID are required:
- Search for the requested document by name or title.
- Select the document.
- On the right side of the Information panel, in the General section (or in the section where the field is placed in the Layout settings) the out-of-the-box Global ID system field appears.
The first part of the record contains the Vault ID in this case: 15478.
The second part is for the Document ID in this case: 952 again.
III. In the event Vault ID, Document ID, and Unique Version ID are required:
- Search for the requested document by name/title.
- Select the document.
- In the Information panel on the right side, in the General section, the following field be present: Global Version ID:
The first part of the record contains the Vault ID, in this case: 15478.
The second part is for the Document ID, in this case: 952. This is the same value that can be found in the link.
The third part contains a Unique ID, in this case: 1403 that is dedicated to this version only.
