How to populate the Task Due Date to show through the Tasks tab in Vault PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
This article is addressed to users with Admin rights.
Vault automatically opens the task views in Detail View, which lists tasks in rows. The user can open the tasks from the Grid View, which allows to sort, resize columns, modify which columns appear, and export the task list.
Tabular View shows the Task Name, Task Due Date, Task Assignment Date, and Workflow Owner columns automatically.
There is a situation where the Task Due Date columns do not populate with a date.
When selecting a workflow task due date, an Admin user can configure calculated task due dates.
This allows Vault to automatically calculate task due dates without input from the workflow initiator.
Due to this setting, the Task Due Date populates the date through the Tasks or Home tab.
The below steps are recommended to follow:

- Select the workflow where the change is required from Legacy Workflows.
- Allocate the Workflow Task step within the workflow, and click on Edit.
- Select Review by + 0 Days in the field Due Date, and click on Save.
Please note that the name of this field varies according to the configuration of the desired Vault. - Click on Make configuration active from the Workflow Details page to reflect the changes done.
