Why is the Channel not set to Portal?
Root Cause:
The Document Lifecycle that is applied to the document has a signature template configured.
- If the Lifecycle has an electronic signature, the request to download the Viewable Rendition requires extra in-flight processing to add the signature page to the Viewable Rendition. This processing is handed off to Vault, so the resulting context changes to Vault.
- If there is no electronic signature, no in-flight processing is required. The Viewable Rendition download request is processed within the Portal context.
Solution:
An Admin should check if the lifecycle has the eSignature configured by navigating to Admin --> Configuration --> Document Lifecycles --> [Lifecycle] --> eSignature Pages.
