Does the Quality Issue App Control feature update retroactively in Vault?

Answer:

The App Control feature does not work retroactively which means it will not populate data in the study__v field when the App Control functionality is added to the page. The App Control functionality is special and shows users the study because that is how it was designed. 
 
To update this field, the user would need to edit each record individually.
