Overview:
When clicking on a Speaker on the iPad, the following error occurs in the Recent Events section of the Speaker Selection page: An error has occurred.
Root Cause:
The affected Org is not managed by Veeva.
The reason why Vadmin credentials are needed is that the Recent Events list needs to also include Events that are not visible by the current user. Therefore, use Vadmin to retrieve the list of recent Events.
Solution:
Add the Org to the Veeva Managed Orgs list. To request an Org to be managed, open a new Support Ticket.
