Can the end-user get the account information when the account is out of the user territory in the HTML report?
The account information cannot be retrieved as the normal Salesforce REST API does not work in this way.
The customer would need to create an API endpoint that returns information about Accounts outside of the user territory, and then use that API endpoint.
