Flash reports can be scheduled for daily, weekly, or monthly distribution via email to users with the Owner, Editor, or Viewer role.

However, there are some limitations to take into consideration when creating Flash reports:

• The maximum number of flash reports in a specific Vault is 400.
• Flash report emails are limited to 3 MB in Vault.
• Flash reports timeout after two hours.
• Flash report emails will not be sent by Vault if the report has more than 10.000 unique users. A notification is sent to the user who scheduled the report.
