Flash reports can be scheduled for daily, weekly, or monthly distribution via email to users with the Owner, Editor, or Viewer role.

However, there are some limitations to take into consideration when creating Flash reports:

• The maximum number of flash reports in a specific Vault is 200.
• Flash report emails are limited to 3 MB in Vault.
• Flash reports timeout after two hours.
• Flash reports that timeout three times in a row are automatically blocked by Vault. The report Owner can unblock the report by editing its configuration.
