How to edit a Portal in Vault PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
The Portal is a digital asset management tool that allows users to curate and share up-to-date content with other users and teams in a simplified user interface, providing the users with the most relevant material.
Note: The Portal feature must be enabled by an Admin and the user profile needs to have the relevant permissions to be able to create and edit Portals.
To access the Portal Editor, open the Portal, click on the Portal Logo and select Edit Portal.
Users can edit portal properties such as:
- Selecting a Portal Logo.
- Selecting a Portal colour.
- Editing the Portal and its description.
- Editing the About Section.
- Adding announcements.
- Editing the Widgets displayed, adding Widget name and description.
- Adding Content to the Carousel Widget
- Updating the Display Max.
To complete changes, click on the Done Editing button at the top right side of the Portal:
