Question:
Why are the Radio Buttons which filter 'My Calls' and 'Total Calls' missing when viewing a Call Cycle Plan?
Answer:
When viewing a Call Cycle Plan, some users do not have the option to filter by 'My Calls' and 'Total Calls'.
This behavior is controlled by the Cycle Plan Targets related list on the user's Cycle Plan page layout. The related list must contain the 'Actual Calls' and 'Actual Total Calls' columns in order for the 'My Calls' and 'Total Calls' radio buttons to show.
Note: If these columns are not on the related list, the user will also not be able to filter Call Cycle views in My Schedule offline by 'My Calls' and 'Total Calls'
Once these fields are added to the related list, please clear the Veeva Cache. The radio buttons will then display as shown here:
