How to delete an active checklist record in Vault?
Answer:
To delete a checklist record, the user needs to use the Cancel Workflow user action to cancel the checklist first. The user should be able to delete the Audit Checklist record.
To make the Cancel Workflow user action available for the user, a Vault administrator needs to configure the Cancel Workflow user action. This can be done using the followig steps:
- Navigate to the Admin --> Configuration --> Object Lifecycles --> {Checklist Lifecycle} --> {State}.
- Create a new Cancel Workflow User Action.
