Why does a Video not load in PromoMats?
- The Wi-Fi connection is poor: turn off other devices using the same network or ask a colleague in a different location to try uploading the video from their end.
- Vault server is busy due to multiple users trying to upload files at the same time: please allow Vault to render up to one hour and then Re-Render.
If the issue persists for more than an hour, please contact Veeva Support.
