What controls the visibility of the Sign In Sheet when viewing an Event in CRM offline?
Answer:
The availability of the Sign In Sheet is determined by the EM Attendee related list on the EM Event page layout. The EM Attendee related list must include the Signature_Date_Time_vod field as a column.
If the Signature_Date_Time_vod column is not on the related list, the Sign In Sheet button will not show for the user.
