Is it allowed to use veeva.com or mail.verteobiopharma.com in customer Veeva CRM organizations?
Customers are required to use their own Sending Domain for Production Approved Email, rather than relying on verteobiopharma.com or veeva.com. This will help prevent deliverability issues such as DMARC errors. Emails sent using a Veeva domain set as the sending domain and the user's own email address will cause a mismatch between the sending domain and the user's email domain. These emails are often rejected by the recipient's mail server and will cause deliverability issues.
