Why Product Metrics are not displaying in picklist when creating or editing My Accounts View in CRM Online?
Answer:
Picklist values populating in My Account View filters are cutting off once the number of retrieved records exceeds 1000. This is to avoid a memory exhaustion issue when the user has access to a large number of products and detail groups.
The workaround is to create Sharing Rules to limit the visibility on Product, Product Metrics, and Metrics Configuration objects.
