We are currently experiencing an issue with creating new support tickets from the Help Center portal. Some users are unable to select the appropriate form when submitting their tickets. We are working to resolve the issue.

2253 Form Generation Support for Vault

Introduction:

The 2253 Form Generation feature in RIM will no longer be available to be enabled in Admin Settings. This is no longer part of our best practice, where we now recommend the form to be generated in PromoMats and cross-linked to RIM by the RIM-PromoMats Vault connection. This feature will still work where currently enabled for existing customers, but changes will not be allowed to the configured document type, and the form template will no longer be maintained.
