Are users challenged with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on mobile applications?
Answer:
The Multi-Factor Authentication behavior depends on the platform and the authentication method the customer is using. Veeva CRM mobile applications on iOS and Windows authenticate via API where Multi-Factor Authentication challenge is not required and enforced by SFDC.
This means users will not be presented with a Multi-Factor Authentication challenge on mobile applications when they use Standard or Delegated authentication, even if it is configured in their CRM org.
