Overview:
The Dynamic Attributes functionality is enabled in the organization. The user clicks on the Edit button on the Account record and the following error message appears: A system error has occurred and Veeva Systems has been notified.
Root Cause:
The value of the Section_Name_vod field on the Dynamic_Attribute_Configuration_vod record aligned with the user and the Account matches a section name on the corresponding Account Page Layout.
Each section name within a Page Layout must be unique to avoid display irregularities. This applies to the Account Page Layout sections as well.
Solution:
Change the value of the Section_Name_vod field on the Dynamic_Attribute_Configuration_vod record to a unique value.
