How to Determine the Record Count of Large Tables in Veeva Align, such as the Integration Status 2 Table?
Answer:
Currently, HVO objects do not show the record count in Business Admin.
There are two ways to determine the record count:
- If a complete extract is performed via Vault Loader on the object, an error message will contain the record count.
- Using Vault Reports, with the following way the record count can be retrieved:
Run a report that groups by year on the Created Date of the HVO object that is being counted.
The report execution time may take longer than expected.
