Question:
Is an opt out created for the custom channel defined in Consent Capture when using the Unsubscribe All functionality in Approved Email?
Answer:
The unsubscribe all checkbox creates an opt-out record only for the Approved Email channel. All other custom channels are not impacted.
The customer can write custom code to create opt-out records for the custom channel whenever one is created for Approved Email.
