A user uploads an email that contains attachments to Vault. The attachments are not shown in the Attachments section of the document. Why is this?
The selected Document Type does not have the Allow attachments feature turned on.
- An Admin should navigate to Admin --> Configuration --> Document Types --> [Specific Document Type].
- Edit Details.
- Enable Allow attachments feature.
- The user can refresh the document page.
